- We have “No Questioned Asked” product return policy if the products purchased from www.oakter.com or Oakter Android/iOS Application within the 7 (seven) days from product delivery.
- The customer needs to inform the customer support team about the Damages incurred during transportation, within 24 hours of receiving the product along with the invoice and unboxing video
- The company will be providing reverse pickup and replacement FOC.
- The unboxing video is a must to claim for the Damages incurred during transportation.
- The customer can ask for the installation of the product against the installation charges confirm by the sales team.
- Valid Purchase Definition:
- Plug and Play product like Oakremote, Oakplug, MiniUPS etc. if purchased from www.oakter.com, Oakter Android/iOS Application, CRED, Amazon (Seller must be cloudtail), Flipkart (Seller must be Retailnet), Croma, Reliance Digital, Tata Cliq will only be considered under warranty.
- OakMist, Tankbolt and Home Automation range of product if purchased from www.oakter.com, Oakter Android/iOS Application, Authorised Channel Partners, Amazon (Seller must be cloudtail), Flipkart (Seller must be Retailnet), Croma, Reliance Digital, Tata Cliq will only be considered under warranty.
- Every product has a 1-year off-site warranty from the date of invoice. All the accessories like charger, cable, adaptor etc hold 6-months warranty.
- Purchase invoice is a MUST for warranty claims. Products without valid invoice will be considered as Out-Of-Warranty.
- OakMist range of product have 1-month free on-site warranty from the date of valid invoice.

Once inspection of the product is done and defect has been confirmed, we will first inform the customer that it will either be repaired or replaced and then would dispatch the product free of charge within 5-7 working days depending upon nature of fault.
*Note: No reimbursement or refund will be provided.
- The Customer need to pay the below visit charges in-order to claim for the on-site warranty.
- INR 450/- Per Machine for OakMist Range of Products
- INR 550/- Per Device for Home Automation and Tankbolt Range of Product
- In-case the same issue arises within 15 days from the date of resolution, The company will re-arrange the technician FOC.
- All the Spare-parts (other than mentioned in clause 6 & 7 of “Warranty Terms and Process”) will remain free of charge for a maximum period of 1 year from the date of invoice.
Out of Warranty Terms and Process:
- The defective product which has exceeded a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, or if the product is/are physically damaged (as mentioned in clause 6 & 7 of "Warranty Policy"), or if the customer fails to provide a valid purchase invoice will be considered under out of warranty products.

- Once our customer care executive registers the complaint, the customer then needs to send the product back to our replacement department at their own expenses.
- Post receiving the product it will be evaluated and the repairing cost will be conveyed to the customer, The customer needs to provide 100% advance against the repair cost. The repaired product shipped back to the customer after receiving the repair cost.
- This repaired product will have 3 months warranty.
- If the customer does not agree with the repairing cost, then the product will be shipped back to the customer. The cost of shipping back will be borne by the company.
